- Reviewing and analysing customer experience, and then supporting improvement with information architecture, prototyping & wireframes, design and best practice templates
- Assisting in deploying multivariate and A/B testing and establishing continuous improvement processes
- Helping trading and merchandising teams improve performance with smarter reporting, better training and improved processes
- Recommending organisational change, enhanced by training and coaching, to align the organisation with the growth goals
- Improving eCRM programmes through better targeting, propositions, offers and execution
